The inside of the cafe is beautifully designed. The decor is not too busy and seating is comfortably spaced out with inviting areas to settle into. The food.. divine. Eggs Benedict perfectly cooked, nothing was over seasoned. Authentic hollandaise sauce, fresh greens and salmon. Food portions are perfect, not too small nor overloaded (except for the french toast!). The PB&J french toast - delicious! Massive size, enough for 4 people to share. The lobster gallette was amazing! Airy, inviting and classy atmosphere. Was not thrilled about the location. The cafe sits near an industrial area sharing the property with an apartment complex. Small parking lot with no outside patio, shade or benches. Perhaps city code does not allow this. Still, these details would not detour us from returning!

We absolutely LOVE ❤️ this place!! Every time we visit Las Vegas we make sure to visit Le Cafe Central. The coffee ☕️ & cappuccino are the best! Pastries to die for and the food is SO yummy 😋!! We HIGHLY recommend you go off the strip to enjoy this gem of a restaurant.

Le Café Central is the newest addition to the exceptional lineup from the talented owners of Café Du Val, and it lives up to every bit of the high standard they’ve set. Conveniently located just off the 215 on Spring Mountain Road, this charming café is minutes from the Strip and right near Chinatown, making it easily accessible with plenty of parking available. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a stunning ambiance that blends modern sophistication with classic French charm. The interior is decorated with rich cerulean blue tones complemented by tasteful accents of gold and yellow. The industrial ceiling features a darker blue hue that pairs beautifully with elegant chandeliers, adding a soft, glamorous glow throughout the space. Luxurious velvet booths, stylish table seating, and striking yellow velvet stools at the bar create a warm yet upscale atmosphere. The fabric wallpaper adds a refined texture to the walls, completing the space with a sophisticated flair. The service was impeccable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely accommodating with our special meal requests. They were attentive and efficient without being intrusive, exactly what you hope for in a dining experience. As for the food, it was every bit as excellent as what you’d find at their original cafés. The fresh fruit was vibrant and flavorful, the house-made croissants were flaky on the outside and soft on the inside, simply divine. The pain au chocolat was decadent, with the chocolate melting perfectly in every bite. The coffee? Robust, aromatic, and expertly brewed just as we’ve come to expect from the Café Du Val family. Café Central is a beautiful evolution of an already beloved brand. It’s clear that the same heart, attention to detail, and culinary passion have gone into this new location. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Café Du Val or discovering them for the first time, Café Central is a must-visit. Highly recommended.

Matcha Latte was ok and Pain Au Chocolat was delicious. The aesthetics of this place is really nice. Service was also ok and staff were friendly.

If I could give more than 5 stars. I would. We ordered croissants and crepes with cafe au last and chai latte. I highly recommend the cherry/yogurt croissant. Although the Salted Caramel crepe was great, the star of the show was the miel & lemon crepe...one of the finest crepes I've ever tasted. Service was exceptional and it felt like you were eating brunch in a home in Paris. Merci for the great food!

Amazing!! Such a beautiful space. Food and coffee are absolutely delicious. The owners are amazingly kind and genuinely care about the guest. The pastries are so good. Best cheese danish I’ve ever had and I’ve had my fair share of cheese danishes. The croque madam was so yummy and rich. Just a few minute drive off the strip and better than anything you’ll find on the strip. Easy easy parking. Check this place out!!

Just got in Vegas, wanted something quick and easy. My colleague told about this place and it was nifty spot close to the Wynn hotel were I'm staying. First impression, easy to navigate, convenient and comfortable. Definitely RECOMMENDED, with 2 thumbs up..

This place is so incredible! You’ve got to try it! I came in to get something that I had seen off of TikTok and they had unfortunately ran out. But I had the short rib sandwich and then after the fact, I wanted a dessert which they also ran out of, but they were very hospitable and made me comfortable and made sure that I was satisfied! I had the golden chai latte as well in my own cup, which I appreciated because I like to use my own cup. If you’re looking for a great french place with wonderful atmosphere and very conscientious staff, look no further!

Le Café Central is an absolute delight. The cappuccino was perfectly brewed—creamy, rich, and smooth, just how I like it. The apple strudel was a real treat: flaky, buttery pastry filled with tender, spiced apples and just the right amount of sweetness, making every bite comforting and satisfying. The Croque Madame was another highlight—a generous, hearty sandwich with a perfectly cooked fried egg on top, accompanied by a fresh side salad. The combination of flavors and textures was spot on. Add to that the charming atmosphere and welcoming vibe, and this café makes for a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy classic European café fare. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Le Cafe Central. It is such a beautiful cafe and is only 1.5 miles from the Paris Hotel so if you’re in the mood for a genuinely French experience when visiting Las Vegas I highly recommend visiting this cafe. Years ago we visited Paris and we enjoyed French cuisine and when I took one bite of my turkey sandwich at Le Central I was in heaven as the French bread was the real deal. I had the pleasure of having their French Onion Soup and it was so delicious! The pastries were also tasty. The cafe is elegantly decorated yet it feels very comfortable. The staff is warm and friendly. I thought it would make a lovely venue for a small to medium sized party (I think it seats up to about 50 people). And I learned that they not only cater parties but also host parties. They are open for breakfast and lunch and the venue is not only available after hours for parties but it can be reserved during normal business hours for private events. They have a wide variety of foods and they also have a small and elegant bar that serves specialty cocktails. They have pastries, macarons, salads, sandwiches, crepes, cappuccinos and coffees and much more including French gift items. I wish that I lived here as this would be my favorite haunt. And I can imagine bringing my extended family together for holiday and birthday parties. But alas I must cherish the memory of visiting this lovely French cafe and dream if visiting it again the next time we visit Las Vegas.
